At Lash Vibes Shop, we are committed to providing you with a pleasant shopping experience and fast, reliable delivery of your soft 3D magnetic lashes. Here are the details of our shipping policy.

1. Shipping Zones

2. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed with the utmost care and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method.

  • Metropolitan France: 3 to 7 business days.
  • Europe (excluding France): 5 to 10 business days.
  • International: 7 to 15 business days.

Please note that these times are estimates. They may be extended in exceptional circumstances (public holidays, strikes, bad weather, customs controls, unforeseen events) beyond our control or that of the carrier. We do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and volume of your order, as well as the destination. They will be clearly indicated during the checkout process, before the final validation of your payment. We regularly offer free shipping or special promotions; stay tuned for our announcements!

5. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain a unique tracking number that will allow you to track the progress of your package in real-time directly on the carrier's website.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete at the time of order. Lash Vibes Shop cannot be held responsible for packages not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Reshipment fees may apply for a new shipment.
  • Damaged or Lost Package: If you receive a damaged package or if your order does not arrive within the announced timeframe, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt or the estimated delivery date) at contactlashvibesshop@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please keep the original packaging and proof of damage (photos) if the package is damaged.
  • Non-Receipt (indicated as delivered): If your tracking indicates that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, building manager, or local post office before contacting us.

7. Customs and Import Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs fees, import taxes, and other charges may be applied by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs paid to Lash Vibes Shop. We advise you to inquire with the customs authorities of your country before placing an order to avoid any surprises.
