General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) - Lash Vibes Shop

Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern the sale of products offered by Lash Vibes Shop (hereinafter "the Seller") on its website [Your_Website_URL] (hereinafter "the Site") to consumers acting for purposes that are outside their commercial, industrial, craft, or liberal activity (hereinafter "the Customer").

Any order placed on the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC. The Seller reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in force on the date of validation of the order.

1. Purpose
These GTC aim to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of soft 3D magnetic lashes and their accessories offered by Lash Vibes Shop to the Customer.

2. Products
The products offered for sale are soft 3D magnetic lashes, applicators, and complete kits. Each product is presented on the Site with a detailed description (characteristics, use, materials) allowing the Customer to know their essential properties. Product photographs are not contractual and are provided for informational purposes; slight variations in color or shape may exist without altering the quality of the product.

3. Prices
Product prices are indicated in Euros (€) all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation. Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight, volume of items, and delivery zone, and are indicated before the final validation of the order.

4. Order
The ordering process includes the following steps:

  • Selection of products and addition to cart.
  • Cart validation and item verification.
  • Customer identification (account creation or guest checkout).
  • Entry of delivery and billing information.
  • Choice of delivery method.
  • Choice of payment method.
  • Reading and acceptance of these GTC.
  • Payment validation.
    The validation of the order by the Customer constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. An order confirmation email will be sent to the Customer summarizing the details of their order.

5. Payment
Payment is made online using the secure payment methods offered on the Site (credit card via Stripe, PayPal, etc.). The order will only be processed after validation and effective receipt of payment. The Seller does not retain any payment data from the Customer. All transactions are secured by an SSL encryption protocol.

6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the order. Order processing times are 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery times are indicated in our Shipping Policy and may vary depending on the chosen delivery method and destination. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier or to force majeure events. Delivery costs are borne by the Customer.

7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation (Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code), the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties. For hygiene and health protection reasons, returned products must be in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days following receipt and verification of the returned products.

8. Warranties
All products sold by Lash Vibes Shop benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). In the event of non-conformity of a sold product, it may be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

9. Personal Data
The Seller undertakes to protect the Customer's personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act. The information collected is necessary for order processing, commercial relationship management, and, with your consent, for sending promotional offers. 10. Applicable Law and Disputes
These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, French courts will have sole jurisdiction to hear any dispute relating to these GTC.
